Marshall Meyers

Marshall Meyers is a founding partner of Weisberg & Meyers, LLC and the firm's managing partner.

Mr. Meyers has devoted his entire professional career to the practice of consumer rights litigation and has represented over 2,000 consumers throughout Arizona and the nation. Mr. Meyers has successfully argued before the Arizona Supreme Court, Arizona appellate courts, and United State District courts throughout the nation, to read more about these landmark cases click here. Mr. Meyers has also prevailed in numerous trials and arbitrations in the State of Arizona and because of this extensive experience and expertise, numerous Arizona media outlets have interviewed Mr. Meyers as a “Lemon Law expert,” including Phoenix television Channel 5, Phoenix television Channel 12, Phoenix television Channel 10, and KTAR radio.

Mr. Meyers is licensed to practice in the State of Arizona and in various United States District Courts, including the District of Arizona, the Northern District of Florida, the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois, the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the Northern District of Indiana.  

Alex Weisberg

Alex Weisberg is a founding partner of Weisberg & Meyers, LLC and the managing partner of the Firm’s Florida and Illinois offices. 

Mr. Weisberg has been practicing consumer protection litigation exclusively since November of 2000 and has represented thousands of consumers throughout Florida and Illinois. Mr. Weisberg has participated in more than 200 breach of warranty arbitration hearings and has tried to jury verdict dozens of breach of warranty cases. Mr. Weisberg has also prevailed on appeal in Florida on such landmark issues as ensuring lessees of vehicles have federal breach of warranty rights throughout the State of Florida, by ensuring consumers successful in Lemon Law arbitrations still have the right to pursue other legal damages in a court of law, and by preventing automobile manufacturers from denying consumers their day in court by through adhesive arbitration agreements. Mr. Weisberg earned a Bachelor of Arts in English degree from the University of Florida in June 1996. Afterwards, he completed his law studies at the John Marshall Law School in January 2000 where he was a semifinalist in the ABA Criminal Mock Trial Competition. While in law school, Mr. Weisberg was also a Rule 7-11 licensed Prosecutor for the City of Chicago, Traffic Division. Mr. Weisberg was licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois in May 2000 and was subsequently admitted to the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois in December 2000 and the Central District on June of 2001. Mr. Weisberg was licensed to practice law in the State of Florida in May 2002 and was subsequently licensed to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.

Susan Landgraf

Susan Landgraf is the managing attorney for the Texas office of Weisberg & Meyers, LLC and is based in Austin, Texas. 

Prior to joining Weisberg & Meyers, LLC, Ms. Landgraf owned her own law practice in Houston, Texas. She brings to the firm over fourteen years experience as a litigator and has extensive expertise in effectively representing individuals in the courtroom. Having worked with clients on over 2,000 cases in Texas, Ms. Landgraf truly understands what is important in the legal field and has developed a reputation with clients for being extremely hardworking, knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy.

Ms. Landgraf attended The University of Texas at Austin and graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. While at the university, she was an active member of the Pre-Law Association and the UT Finance Association. She was also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Fraternity, the Golden Key National Honor Society and made the Dean’s List seven times. Ms. Landgraf completed her law studies at the University of Houston Law Center, where she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and was recognized in the 10th edition of Who’s Who Among American Law Students.

Ms. Landgraf was licensed to practice in the State of Texas in 1992 and was subsequently admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in 1993.

Tammy Hussin

Tammy Hussin represents consumers for Weisberg & Meyers for the California and Colorado offices of Weisberg & Meyers LLC. Ms. Hussin graduated cum laude with her JD from Southwestern University School of Law in 1991, where she served as Note and Comment Editor on the Law Review Staff. Ms. Hussin has many years of litigation experience, having taken and defended depositions, tried cases and engaged in extensive motion practice. Ms. Hussin has also done transactional work, including securities transactions, IPO's and drafting of numerous contractual agreements.

Ms. Hussin is licensed to practice in the states of California and Colorado. She is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Court of Colorado, as well as the Eastern, Northern, Western and Southern Federal District Courts of California. Ms. Hussin is an active member of the bar in both California and Colorado.

Ms. Hussin is also the author and publisher of "Sleep, Baby, Sleep," a popular e-book, and is the mother of 3 boys.

Joshua R. Trigsted

Mr. Trigsted is the managing attorney for the Oregon office of Weisberg & Meyers. He graduated from the University of Oregon school of Law with his JD degree in 2006.While in law school, Mr. Trigsted advanced to Nationals in the Ruby R. Vale Corporate Moot Court Competition. Mr. Trigsted is licensed to practice in the state of Oregon and the district of Oregon Federal Court.

Mr. Trigsted has extensive experience covering hearings, drafting legal briefs and consulting with clients. He worked as an associate for a solo practitioner in Aurora Oregon in 2006. In 2005 Mr. Trigsted was an extern for the honorable Trish M. Brown in Portland Oregon. He served as a summer associate for Clark & Feeney, a general practice firm in 2004.

Mr. Trigsted is committed to protecting the rights of victimized consumers.

Jon N. Robbins

Jon Robbins handles litigation and claims for the Washington office of Weisberg & Meyers. Prior to joining Weisberg & Meyers in 2007 Mr. Robbins was in private practice for 10 years in California focusing on civil litigation in California and most recently he was Senior Counsel at Chevron U.S.A. Inc. in San Ramon, California for the past for 18 years before relocating to Washington.

Mr. Robbins currently focuses his practice on consumer rights litigation, including Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty claims and claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices and Fair Credit Reporting Acts. Prior to joining Weisberg & Meyers, Mr. Robbins focused his practice on Environmental Law, General Business Law, Bankruptcy, Employer Representation, Real Estate and Construction Litigation, Family Law and Probate.

Mr. Robbins received his JD degree from John F. Kennedy University School of Law in 1978. He is presently licensed to practice in both California and Washington.

John Hunt

John Hunt handles consumer law claims and litigation as of Counsel to the Oklahoma office of Weisberg & Meyers LLC. Most recently Mr. Hunt was General Counsel for M & N Holdings L.L.C. managing litigation, defending and prosecuting civil cases and minimal bankruptcy. Prior to this, Mr. Hunt was employed by the Law Firm of McAtee & Woods, L.L.P.C., focusing on all aspects of insurance defense.

Mr. Hunt was a legal intern for the Oklahoma University Civil Legal Clinic, working on a variety of pro bono legal work from inception to finish involving divorce, custody modification, paternity and child support. He also represented a number of individuals in landlord-tenant disputes and rental disputes. Additionally, Mr. Hunt interned for Mahaffey & Gore, P.C. where he assisted with a litany of oil & gas issues, cases, and client memos.

He was licensed to practice law in Oklahoma 2005 after receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Hunt received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 2001.

Mr. Hunt recently accepted a position on the 2008 Oklahoma City Area Better Business Bureau Board of Directors.

William L. Oldfield

William Oldfield is "Of Counsel" for Weisberg & Meyers LLC, representing the firm's clients throughout the state of Oklahoma. He received a degree in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2002, and earned a juris doctorate from the University of Oklahoma Law Center in 2005. Mr. Oldfield is licensed to practice law before the Oklahoma State Supreme Court, as well as Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western District of Oklahoma.

Prior to joining Weisberg & Meyers, William worked as an associate attorney with both plaintiff and defense firms in Oklahoma. He has litigated a wide variety of cases for individual and corporate clients. William began his legal career with the defense firm Heron, Sweet, Fox & Trout, defending hospitals, medical malpractice insurance companies, and health care professionals throughout the Southwest. In recent years, he has litigated plaintiff class-action and mass-tort cases. Mr. Oldfield now brings this experience to Weisberg & Meyers, working to protect clients' basic consumer rights.
