John F. Skinner, III is the managing attorney for Skinner Law PLLC, and the founder of CLASS, Consumer Law Advocacy Services representing clients
statewide throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Attorney Skinner graduated second in his class at the University of Massachusetts School of Law before accepting a position as a graduate fellow working as a Law
Clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts.
After concluding his fellowship, Attorney Skinner opened Skinner Law PLLC in Manchester, NH. Realizing the tremendous need of consumers and how little effective
and zealous civil advocacy was available to low and moderate income consumers, Attorney Skinner developed a concentration in the area of representing debtors and
consumers as a private attorney general doing business under the CLASS name.
Attorney Skinner has achieved success by litigating and negotiating cases on behalf of debtors and consumers and protecting them from wrongful foreclosure and
employment termination. He remains committed to fighting for your rights and enjoys speaking with new clients about their issues.
